Change of Reservation Details:
The guest may change reservation details only through the form available on the Hotel’s website: www.medhotel.pl/form.
Conditions for Changes:
Changes, such as rescheduling the stay, increasing the number of guests, or changing the room type, can be made subject to availability and no later than 9:59 PM on the day before the stay begins, provided that payment is made if required.
Cancellation of Reservation:
– Cancellation without additional charges is possible no later than 7 days before the start of the stay.
– If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the arrival date, the payment is forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
Non-refundable Reservations:
For reservations marked as „non-refundable,” changes to reservation details, including the date, number of guests, or room type, are not possible. Cancellation will result in full charge for the entire reservation.
No Changes After the Deadline:
After the specified deadlines, changes to reservation details will not be accepted, and the reservation will be honored according to the original terms.
Refund of Funds:
The refund mentioned above will be made in the same manner as the payment was made, within 7 business days after the correct completion and submission of the form.
