§1 Scope of Responsibility for Damages and Losses
1. MedHotel is not responsible for damages or losses arising from causes beyond the hotel’s control, including, but not limited to:
a. Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, and other random incidents.
b. Failures of external services, such as interruptions in the supply of electricity, water, gas, internet, or other services provided by external suppliers.
c. Actions of third parties, including other hotel guests, unknown perpetrators, or entities cooperating with the hotel.
2. In the event of damages arising from causes beyond the hotel’s control, MedHotel will take all possible actions to minimize inconvenience to guests.

§2 Responsibility for Personal Belongings
1. MedHotel is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items left on the hotel premises, unless:
a. The items were deposited and accepted by the hotel in a documented manner.
2. Guests are obliged to:
a. Secure their personal belongings, especially valuable items.
b. Report particularly valuable items to the deposit using the form available online on the MedHotel website.
3. MedHotel recommends using available security measures, such as in-room safes.

§3 Safety in the Hotel Facility
1. Guests use the hotel’s infrastructure, such as elevators, staircases, terraces, skylights, and room equipment (including hairdryers, kettles, coffee makers, and drinking water dispensers) at their own risk.
2. MedHotel regularly inspects the technical condition of the infrastructure and devices to ensure their safety.
3. Guests are required to follow safety rules and adhere to instructions for using the infrastructure and equipment.

§4 Medical Incidents and Accidents
1. MedHotel is not responsible for health issues, injuries, or other medical events arising from:
a. Actions or omissions by guests.
b. Failure to observe safety rules and the hotel’s internal regulations.
2. The hotel provides access to:
a. Basic first aid supplies.
b. Contact information for local medical services, available in informational materials on the MedHotel website.
3. Guests are required to promptly report accidents or medical incidents using the online form available on the MedHotel website.

§5 Liability and Changes to Terms
1. MedHotel reserves the right to change the content of this clause at any time, with the understanding that such changes will not affect the rights and obligations arising from reservations made before the changes take effect.
2. Any changes will only apply to new reservations, and their content will be available in the current version on the MedHotel website.
3. MedHotel will inform guests of significant changes via announcements on the website at least 7 days in advance.
