How to Access MedHotel?
MedHotel is a smart hotel, which means all entries are managed through individual access codes or a hotel key card. Guests receive unique codes before arrival, allowing for self-check-in and access to their room at any time. Simply enter the code at the main entrance and the room door – easy, convenient, and hassle-free.
Below you will find detailed instructions on how to access your room.
To enter MedHotel, you need an access code. How to get it? It’s simple: after making a reservation and completing the payment, you will receive an SMS with the code and your room number.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to ul. Krupnicza 11a in Kraków.
2. Locate the keypad at the main entrance of the building – enter the code, e.g., 1234#. Make sure to press # and firmly push the historic door.
3. Find your room and enter the same code on the keypad at your room door, e.g., 1234ENT.
Be sure to press ENTER and then open the door.
