Etiquette – Rules of Conduct at MedHotel

MedHotel strives to ensure a comfortable, safe, and welcoming stay for all Guests. The following rules aim to maintain high service standards and respect the needs of every Guest.

Respect for Others

  1. Guests at MedHotel are required to show mutual respect, both towards other Guests and the hotel staff.
  2. Please avoid loud conversations and disruptive behavior in common areas, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM–6:00 AM).
  3. Guests are encouraged to maintain a calm atmosphere in shared spaces to ensure everyone can enjoy their stay.

Cleanliness and Order

  1. Please maintain order in common areas such as the lobby, hallways, staircases, elevators, café, and outdoor spaces.
  2. Trash, dishes, and personal belongings should be placed in designated areas.
  3. In cases of excessive mess in common areas, MedHotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning costs.

Appropriate Attire

  1. Appropriate, neat, and property-appropriate attire is required in the hotel’s common areas.
  2. Guests are requested to wear shoes in all common areas of the hotel.

Use of Equipment and Facilities

  1. Please use hotel equipment carefully, including elevators, hair dryers, kettles, coffee machines, and water dispensers.
  2. In the event of damage caused by improper use of equipment, the hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest for repair or replacement costs.

Children Under Adult Supervision

  1. Children staying at the hotel must always remain under adult supervision.
  2. Guardians are fully responsible for the safety of children and any damages caused by them during the stay.
  3. While the hotel offers family-friendly amenities, the safety of children is the responsibility of their guardians.

No Smoking and Alcohol Consumption Policy

  1. Smoking, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other substances, is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises, except in designated outdoor areas—specifically the terrace on level 2.5.
  2. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in hotel rooms or clearly designated areas.
  3. Guests are required to consume alcohol in a respectful manner that does not disturb other Guests.

Reporting Issues and Feedback

  1. Any issues, questions, or feedback regarding your stay can be submitted via the MedHotel app or through the online form available at www.medhotel.pl/form.
  2. MedHotel operates without a traditional reception desk; therefore, all inquiries are handled remotely.

Maintaining Silence and Privacy

  1. MedHotel ensures a peaceful environment and asks Guests to maintain quiet in hallways and common areas, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM–6:00 AM).
  2. Please avoid using loud devices or disturbing neighbors in adjacent rooms.
  3. Monitoring in common areas is solely for safety and property protection. Surveillance footage is stored in compliance with data protection policies.

Respect for Outdoor Spaces

  1. When using the hotel’s outdoor spaces (garden, terrace), please:
    a. Avoid littering,
    b. Take care of the plants,
    c. Maintain cleanliness.
  2. In cases of disorder or damage to outdoor facilities, MedHotel reserves the right to charge Guests for repair or restoration costs.

Consequences of Rule Violations

  1. In cases of severe rule violations, MedHotel reserves the right to:
    a. Charge additional fees (e.g., for extra cleaning or damage repairs),
    b. In extreme cases, terminate the Guest’s stay without a refund,
    c. Notify appropriate authorities in the event of serious violations (e.g., disturbances, property damage).
  2. All actions taken in response to rule violations are in accordance with applicable laws.

Final Provisions

  1. MedHotel reserves the right to update its Etiquette rules to comply with changing laws and service standards.
